We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read our policy carefully.


⏳ Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, electronic receipt, etc.)


🚫 Non-returnable Items

Certain categories of goods cannot be returned in accordance with international e-commerce regulations and hygiene standards:

  • Food, plants, and other perishable goods

  • Newspapers, magazines, and printed media

  • Personal hygiene and intimate products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Certain medical and cosmetic items


🧾 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, software, cassette, or vinyl record with damaged packaging

  • Items with damage not caused by our error

  • Returns requested after 30 days of receipt


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days.

  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method (bank card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


⏱ Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. Allow sufficient processing time (may take several business days).

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
